What makes Tilal boxes so special is the know-how behind each of them: they are handmade by a house of ceramists in Marrakech who have been working in the same way since 1832. 

Regular collaborators of Caravane, they have worked the clay of the Safi hill in Morocco to form these charming pots - the clay from which the first tagines were formed so long ago.
