How do I make a purchase?

It's easy! To shop at our e-boutique simply:

1. Select the items you wish to purchase on our website and click 'Add to Basket'.

2. Review and validate the items in your basket.

3. Select your preferred method in your delivery.

4.Enter your delivery and billing address(es).

5. Choose your preferred method of payment and enter your payment details.

How do I change my billing or delivery address?

You can update all your personal information by connecting to your account. We understand that our clients may have several delivery and billing addresses. You can update your addresses by logging into your account and clicking 'My Addresses' or when you place an order.

How can I be sure that CARAVANE has received my order?

To confirm that CARAVANE has received your order, simply connect to your account, select 'My Orders' and check that the status reads: 'In Preparation'. You will also receive an order confirmation email. If you do not receive an order confirmation email, pease contact our customer care team.

Can I change or cancel my order once it has been placed?

To provide you with the fastest delivery times possible, all orders are prepared and dispatched within hours of being placed. Consequently, once your order has been placed, it is impossible to change or cancel your order.

How can I create a Wishlist?

A Wishlist allows you to save your favourite products. These items will stay on your Wishlist as long as they remain available. To create your Wishlist, go to the product page and click the 'Add to My Wishlist' button.

Why is the item I wish to purchase not available on the website?

At the launch of new collections, our items tend to sell out quickly. However, please be assured that we will continue to update our websites as we manufacture items in our ateliers. Additionally, please note, certains items, which are too fragile or bulky to send, are available exclusively in-store (clickable).

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept the following methods of payment:

- Credit card (i.e. Visa or Mastercard)

- PayPal

- Apple Pay & Shop Pay

Is the website secure?

All of the transactions on our website are 100% secure. e do not store your banking information on our website. Our secure online payment gateway (SSL certified) encrypts any information entered on the payment pages and ensures the confidentiality of your data

How do I edit my invoice?

Simply connect to your account and click 'My orders' to access all your invoices.

Delivery
How long before my ordre is shipped?

Your order will be prepared and shipped 24-48 hours after it has been placed. Once your order has been dispatched, it will be delivered to you in 3-5 business days to addresses in metropolitan France.

What happens if I'm not there when delivery is attempted?

If you were not available when delivery was first attempted, a delivery notice will have been left for you with instructions on how to rearrange delivery or to collect your order from the post office.

What are the delivery costs?

Delivery costs are adjusted and calculated based on the weight and volume of your package. Details of the delivery costs for your order are provided just before the confirmation of the order.

For international shipments, prices are mentioned in the Website in Euros. Prices includes VAT but excluded any customs duties and other taxes. Customs duties must be paid by the Client directly to the carrier. 

How do I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched to the post office, you will be able to track your order by logging into your account. You will also receive an email to the email address you provided with a link and tracking number, which you can use to track your order step-by-step.

To which countries do you deliver?

We deliver to all countries in the world except for certains products that are too large.

What should I do if an items is faulty or damaged?

Please get in touch with us through the 'Contact' form (clickable) and let us know the exact issue. A member of our customer care team will contact you as soon as possible.

Returns & Refunds
Can I return or exchange the items I have purchased?

If you're not completely satisfied with any of the items you've purchased, you can return them to us within 14 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All items must be returned to us in their original condition, new and unused, with their original labels and packaging intact.

Exclusion :  In accordance with the Article L.221-28 of the Consumer code, the Customer has no right of withdrawal regarding products made to order or which are personalized.

How do I return an item?

Returning an item couldn't be easier. Simply fill in the form that was included in your delivered package, detailing each item you wish to return. Then return any items to us in their original packaging. Please note, unless an error has been made by CARAVANE, the delivery costs of the returned items are your responsibility. For countries outside France, we do not cover any return shipping costs. 

When will I receive my refund?

Your refund will be processed once your package and items have been received and checked. your refund will be credited directly to your bank or PayPal account.

How do I create an account?

1. Click on 'My Account' at the top right of the screen on CARAVANE's home page.

2. Once the login page, click 'Create My Account'.

3. Enter your details.

4. Confirm the information entered is correct.

5. Check your email account for our confirmation message.

I've forgotten my password, what should I do?

Simply click on the 'Forgotten Password' (clickable) link. You will then need to enter the email you entered at registration. Your password will then be sent to you by email in the shortest time possible.

Will my personal information be kept private?

Please be assured that we are committed to and take data protection very seriously. any personal data collected on the website, with your consent, is for CARAVANE's use only.

How do I manage my subscriptions to the newsletters?

To unsubscribe, simply click on the link that appears at the bottom of each newsletter, stating that "you no longer wish to receive offers or emails from CARAVANE". You can unsubscribe at any time.
