The print preserves the original brilliance and irregularities of the design, right down to the tiniest of details, and features even more vibrant colours. The result is as authentic as it is exceptional. The surface of the natural paper has been left untreated. The water-based latex ink is certified as having a low environmental impact. Artisanally printed in France to order, each length of wallpaper is checked one by one at the atelier before shipment to ensure perfect alignment.

Please allow 4–6 weeks for delivery and note that slight variations in colour may appear in the digital print for a number of reasons, including fluctuations in temperature at the printing atelier and slight variations in colour from one roll of paper to the next …

It is for these reasons that we always recommend that you place your entire order at the same time. Should you wish to follow your first order with a second order, remember that the colours may vary slightly between batches.

To calculate the number of rolls needed for a wall surface, allow a margin of 10 cm for the dimensions of the height and length of the wall. For patterned wallpaper, allow an additional margin equal to the height of the pattern (which is specific to each design) to each roll of wallpaper to ensure alignment:

TULIPAN = 22.2 cm.
LETHO = 11.4 cm.
PAPILIO = 23.8 cm.

We also have quality pots of glue available in two sizes upon request: 2.5 kg glue (yield 13.75 m²) and 5 kg glue (yield 27.50 m²).

Wallpaper and our custom-made products cannot be returned or exchanged.

As our wallpaper is natural and without surface treatment, it is imperative to take all the installation precautions explained on the installation plan.

Hanging advice: always ensure that the wall you are planning to paper is in good condition—dry, clean and smooth. Light coloured wallpaper should be hung on a plain white wall. Medium and dark coloured wallpaper should be hung on a wall the colour of which matches or approximates the main background colour.

Tip: rather than painting the entire wall, you can simply paint vertical stripes at the strip joints. To allow the natural non-woven materials to adapt to the humidity of the room, ensure that you remove the wallpaper from its packaging 24 hours before hanging. Before, during and 24 hours after hanging, ensure that there are no drafts, no changes in temperature, no air conditioning and no direct heat on the wallpaper.

We recommend that you carefully use a smoothing spatula and work mainly with your hands, which are the softest and most suitable tool you can use to handle the wallpaper without damaging it. Wash your hands, tools and the sponge as soon as they get any glue on them. To remove glue from the wallpaper, use a damp, well-wrung sponge and lightly brush the wallpaper, without rubbing it or applying pressure, as doing so may cause the ink to bleed and the colours to fade.
