Behind the chiaroscuro of the PAGHA, there is a story of which to be proud: this cushion cover was made on some of the oldest looms in the world ... Used by weavers in the northeast of India, who emancipated themselves through their work, it is these belt-like looms that enable the variations of stripes, punctuated by dotted lines and traditional diamonds, to be created. It is the assortment of motifs that reveals the complexity of the work that resonates with the cultural mix of the region from which it originates; at the crossroads of Burma, China and Bhutan, Nagaland is nourished by inspiration ... And so, this vibrant motif is like a score in a symphony of colours in which Snow and Charcoal are punctuated by Caramel, Chocolate and Canyon Rose. The finishing touch: the Turmeric tassels, which are tied to the canvas once the work is complete. Nestled into the corner of a sofa, the surprising PAGHA looks perfect when paired with the sober simplicity of the LUNI or our washed velvet cushion covers.

The PAGHA cushion cover has two sides, which you can display to suit your mood—on the front, a beautiful pattern, on the back, an elegant canvas of natural untreated cotton.
