The ELLABACO is the new version of our iconic ELLA lampshade, but with an even more artisanal look and a poetic play of pleats. A new Caravane gem, the BACO range puts the spotlight on abaca (made from banana fibres), bamboo and rattan.

In an entirely plant-based blend, the pretty pleats of our BACO creations appear to bloom delicately. Due to their design, our BACO pieces require special care. Each handcrafted piece is the result of 2 to 3 days’ work by a craftsman, who must first make the structure, before folding the paper with its irresistible black stitching.
