Iced mango and coconut lassi by Griotte
Serving size: two small glasses
280 grams of ripe mango
50 grams of coconut cream
1 plain yogurt (about 125 grams)
1/2 a lime, juiced and zested
2 teaspoons of curcuma
Peel and puree the mangoes and place in a bowl. Next, add the coconut cream, yogurt, lime juice and curcuma. Mix well until smooth. Place in the freezer for 15 minutes. Mix again. Pour into glasses and serve immediately. Feel free to garnish with a few crushed pistachios, a dash of curcuma and the lime zest.
