Delicate and poetic, the PIO collection features sets of stripes, each unique to each individual model in the range. Adoring the carafe, the refined stripes add a touch of extravagance. Set against a background of white, the tandem black-and-beige stripes create a design that is graphic and timeless. 

The PIO reinvents itself again and again—as a carafe, it stands out on any table, as a vase, it is the perfect vessel for bunches of seasonal flowers. Made from terracotta, the PIO is hand thrown on a potter’s wheel according to a tried-and-true technique. It is then fired in a ceramic kiln before being dipped in white enamel and hand painted with its signature motifs. Finally, it is re-fired in the ceramic kiln once more. It is only after the re-firing that the final colours are revealed, vibrant and unique each time. 

The PIO pairs perfectly with the Rooibos VAHANA tablecloth and the WAY tableware to create a striking contrast of colours, or with the Laurel NOE napkins.
