Read more of the storyMade by a community of weavers in India, the traditional and precious weave of each Tehido cushion cover reflects a true commitment to creativity.
Behind a casual charm lies a complex composition: made from cotton Khadi (which was spun and woven by hand), the Tehido cushion cover features a mix of different stripes, woven together from irregular cotton threads.
A vibrant work of striking authenticity, the effect is pure magic.
Generous and textured, the Tehido showcases the beautiful natural tones of the weave:
- • Against a Rooibos-hued weft;
- • Playful Natural striped cotton threads appear, enhanced by contrasting lines in shades of Turmeric or Horizon;
- • While a Lake-hued border edges each piece.
In the larger version (40 x 80 cm), a generous border follows the width of the lower-back cushion, in the smaller version (40 x 55 cm), the border appears on just one side, along the width of the cushion.
Each line and each hue provides the perfect excuse for creating unexpected combinations of perplexing charm.
